The contact form collects your name, reply email, optional business or team name, and message so Jayson can consider and respond to your consulting inquiry.

Who can read it

Your inquiry is stored encrypted in this site’s private database. The inbox requires sign-in with Jayson’s owner account. There is no public message list or lookup. Your receipt reference does not grant access to the message.

Sites and its hosting infrastructure process submissions to operate the website. Jayson can read your inquiry and use your email to reply. For email alerts, the email service receives Jayson’s notification address and a generic inbox link; alerts do not contain your name, email, business, or message.

What to include

Share only what is needed to describe the problem. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents, or confidential customer or employee records. The form has no attachments.

Your choices

Consent is required to use your details to respond. They are not published or added to a marketing list. To ask Jayson to delete an inquiry, send a short request through the contact form, quoting its receipt reference and using the same reply email. Jayson may need to verify the request before deletion. Deletion from the active inbox may not immediately remove hosting backups.

Technical safeguards

The form uses HTTPS, encrypted message storage, server-side access checks, and abuse limits. A short-lived, keyed hash of a network address may be used for abuse prevention; the application does not store raw network addresses with inquiries. Hosting providers may retain operational logs under their own policies. This site does not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry details.

No online service can promise absolute security. Please keep sensitive records out of your initial message.
