I’m interested in the work
behind the numbers.

When a report takes repeated checking, or two records tell different stories, I want to understand how that happens—and what would make the process easier to manage.

My background brings together business reporting, warehouse operations, and internal systems. I’ve compared operational records, investigated discrepancies, and built practical ways to prepare and use information.

I bring that experience to consulting with a simple starting point: listen to the people doing the work, understand the process, and agree on a useful improvement.

More about my background

Small, practical changes.
A clearer way forward.

For owners, operations managers, and team leads who want to understand their numbers and make recurring work easier to prepare, check, and repeat.

01

Make reporting more manageable

Examine how a report is prepared, bring the relevant information together, and simplify the repeated collecting, copying, and checking.

02

Understand why records don’t match

Compare the information, investigate the differences, and establish clearer checks for inventory, billing, or other operational records.

03

Improve a recurring workflow

Clarify the steps, identify what can be standardized or automated, and develop a process your team can run and review.

You don’t need a technical brief or a particular tool in mind. We can start with what is difficult in the current process.

Grounded in
everyday operations.

At Kimelo / Cheetah Technology, my work included inventory reconciliation, recurring performance reports, and tools for warehouse planning and monitoring. My consulting work has also involved bringing business information together and automating recurring reports.

That experience shapes the way I work with clients: understand the information, consider the people using it, and make the process practical to maintain.

A few examples from my work

OPS Assistant compared warehouse and business records, surfaced mismatches, and prepared corrected information for inventory and billing reconciliation.

Loading Assistant generated daily pallet-loading plans from warehouse records, giving the team a repeatable starting point.

Recurring reporting brought separate business sources together and automated weekly and monthly report preparation.

Let’s begin with a conversation

Tell me what’s
taking your team’s time.

A report you keep rebuilding. Figures that never quite agree.
Information that is harder to find than it should be.

We’ll talk through the current process and decide whether a focused engagement would be useful. Scope, cost, and handover are agreed before implementation.
